What People's Say About Place

I like that they do a buzzer for when your order is ready, so you don’t have to stand in the cold if you’d rather wait in the car. However, I Got all the way home and my birria taco order didn’t even have the consommé in it. I was distraught Anyway the food was still good but i had to go to a restaurant by my home across town to get consommé . Portion size was good too and they aren’t stingy about the cilantro and onions. I’d go back but def double check my consome is there!

11.2 fully loaded & delicious 8.23 Went back & now there were ladies working. Service was awesome & food delicious. only taco truck open after 12am on a Friday. Service is alright, tacos are pretty good, pastor is a lil squishy but good flavor. Jalapeños, cucumber, & grilled onion amount is awesome. Waiting time was not a lot for a whole tray. Two cups filled with salsa! Green one is NOT spicy & a lil sour. Red one is spicy but no flavor .

Second time getting tacos up here in Killeen area. Today we decided to try this food truck which was really good and kind. As you know they have bistec tacos but bistec means something different up here. So I asked the owner if I could have a sample of their asada meat to which they agreed which was good. My husband got the pastor tacos combos with frijoles and I got the asada. We each got a Mexican coke and we tried the corn on the cup which was good as well. My sister got 3 tacos for $10 dollars not a bad price at all. I recommend this place for anyone looking for good tacos. Ask for the pastor you won’t be disappointed.

Delicious and fresh tacos!! Al the time stopping by to get the family pack very delicious.

I have ordered the taco plate with charro beans and a Mexican soda. It tasted fresh and authentic. Once you place your order, the wait time is about 5-10 minutes for 1-2 orders. It is worth it as it comes with fresh toppings. Tables in a covered area are provided for seating, though we took our order to-go because it was windy. 4 stars because the plate should come with rice.

El Patrón Taco truck had fast and speedy service. Food was great and hot. Asada meat was flavored great. Corn tortillas were perfect. Limes were easy to get extra juice from. Beans were pretty good. Salsa was excellent they gave both a red and green. I could always have it a little bit more hot. But it seems everywhere people are liking salsas to be less and less spicy but it was still excellent. I can't wait to try more items from El Patrón Taco Truck. I did the 5 mini tacos for 10 bucks. Overall prices were on par with current economic climate but not overpriced.

Honestly for this area, the food was Great! The Service was friendly and timely. Food presentation was clean and neat. I got 1 Suadero Taco, 1 Asada Taco (added avocado on both) and 1 Steak Quesadilla Total pictured $21. I'd order again!

Superb Mexican Food resides at this food truck. I am a negrito whi has been baptized in Mexican cuisine in Southern California and I must say that El Patron is tge closest thing to real mexican taste in the Heights/ Killeen/ Cove area. I dont even waste my time with three Mexican restaurants in Cove or Killeen because they taste encalado. Muchas Gracias El Patron for keeping it authentic.
